FG meets NLC for Dialogue.

The Federal government was last night told to give organised Labour the time to liase with its various organs on the meeting between the NLC and the government.         The President of the Nigeria Labour Congress Comrade Ayuba Waba made the plea after the meeting of the organised Labour with the chief of staff to the the President,Mr Abba Kyari at the Presidential villa.

            While stating that Labour can not unilaterally call-off the ongoing industrial action, Comrade Ayuba however assured to convey the deliberations at the meeting to the Labour affliates with the view to takingdecision on the strike.

            The organised Labour commenced a 7-days warning strike on Thursday over the refusal of the government to reconvene the meeting of the tripartite committee on minimum wage.
